Regarding products in stock
As a general rule, immediately after placing your order and selecting your payment method (there may be delays due to circumstances. If you do not receive the product within 3 business days after payment, please contact us.)
Prepayment: We will ship within 3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Postpaid: We will ship within 3 business days after confirming your order.

Regarding products that are out of stock
As a general rule, we will ship your order after you select your payment method and receive the product at our store. (Delays may occur due to circumstances. If you do not receive the item within 3 business days after payment, please contact us.)
Payment PeriodCredit card payments will be processed immediately, but domestic bank transfers will be processed within one week after receiving the order. For mail order, cash on delivery and e-collect are excluded.
Defective ProductsWe will check and respond individually. For products that are available for trial use, please try them out and confirm that there are no defects before purchasing.
Return Period and Return Shipping FeeFor mail order
Only unopened (unused) products can be returned (within 7 days after receiving the product).Defective products will be replaced. After contacting our store, we will provide free/paid repair through manufacturer support.
If you do not have a manufacturer's warranty, you may incur repair costs even within the manufacturer's warranty period, so please keep the warranty in a safe place.
