About Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges
We regret to inform you that cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to customer preferences cannot be accepted under any circumstances.
In cases where we determine that the request cannot be accommodated.Even if the vehicle for installation is stolen, scrapped, or otherwise unable to undergo installation, the purchased product will still be charged.If a reservation is canceled after 7 days from the date it was made, the product cost will still be charged.Unilateral cancellations via phone or email due to customer reasons may result in appropriate actions being taken, and we may refuse any future reservations, sales, or services.If we determine that the situation qualifies as an unavoidable circumstance, the following conditions will apply:
The full product price will be borne by the customer.For cancellations related to custom-made or production services only, a cancellation fee of 30% of the total production and labor costs will be charged.Note:
Cooling-off regulations do not apply to face-to-face sales or online transactions.Please consult the manufacturer or our store regarding the functionality and effectiveness of the product before placing your order.Ensure that product numbers and models are accurate to avoid any mistakes when placing an order.Product Defects After Installation

We will respond based on the situation, in coordination with the manufacturer and in accordance with our store policies.
If the following conditions are met, we will handle the case as an initial defect:
The day you contact us will be the reception date, and after-sales support will be provided by our store.We kindly request that you prepare the box, manual, and other items returned during delivery.Cases Not Eligible for Initial Defect Handling
If the manufacturer has not determined the item as defective.If there is evidence of disassembly after installation.If external factors causing the issue are visibly evident.If any part of the returned product is missing (all accessories, including the box and warranty, are required).If the product has been modified, improperly adjusted, or had its parts replaced.If the defect involves consumables, dead pixels, or other conditions the manufacturer does not consider initial defects.If the product is returned without prior notice or via a method other than specified by our store.In cases where our store determines it cannot handle the issue as an initial defect.The following cases will be treated as repairs under warranty terms:
If more than 8 days have passed since the product delivery date.If the product is discontinued by the manufacturer.If the product is excluded from warranty coverage based on manufacturer policy.Repairs
After contacting our store, repairs will be handled by the manufacturer as either free or paid services.
If no warranty is provided by the manufacturer, repair costs may apply even during the warranty period.
Please store your warranty documents securely.
To prevent personal information leakage, warranty documents may not be filled out. Rest assured that we will manage such cases on your behalf.
