The reservation calendar may be busy, but please do not think that you will be able to make a reservation because it is crowded, so please be sure to contact us first. Most of the cases are customers who make two-step reservations. To avoid inconvenience to customers, dealers do not announce most products until they are on the production line. To put it simply, it is a system that transfers from a provisional reservation to a permanent reservation. Tentative reservations can be made for several months. If you want to make a full reservation, please specify the month and day. In the case of two-stage reservations, we will give priority to the main reservation as much as possible, but this does not mean that we will always be able to match the delivery date. If the vehicle is fully booked, we may not be able to carry out the work at the same time as the delivery date, or we may not be able to reserve a loaner vehicle. In that case, we will suggest a possible date for the work, or we will store the work for a few days or provide you with a loaner vehicle. If you absolutely have to make a reservation on this day, we recommend that you make reservations on weekdays, for several days, and in advance, rather than making a two-step reservation. In addition, we cannot accept provisional reservations when delivery dates have not yet been determined, or cancellations after making a formal reservation, as this will generally cause inconvenience to other customers.
